When will my exchange/refund be processed ?
Your satisfaction is our priority, so please take the time to familiarise yourself with the following conditions;
- Although you may try on an item, all return products must be in new and unused condition, with swing tickets attached.
- Please ensure that items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returned items where we reasonably consider that this has not been done.
- For international orders, we would appreciate returns within 30 days (returns will not be accepted after 60 days from arrival).
- The customer is responsible for any postage fees for returns
Faulty Garments ?
Nova Swimwear has the right to assess the age and condition of returned swimsuits that has been worn prior to offering a refund or exchange. Unless the swimwear is deemed a genuine manufacturers fault, exchanges and refunds will not be provided after use. If your garment has not been worn, please contact us & we would be happy to arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
