Orders under $50.00 Shipping is charged at $9.90.

Delivery is usually 1 business day to CBD areas and 3 to 6 business days to country areas. 

International orders are shipped EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL; delivery is 3 to 10 business days’ dependent on your country.

International orders are charged at AUD$25.00.

Return Policy


You can  return your product for a refund?

Return postage paid by the customer. 

Please don't send your parcel back to us as Return To Sender (RTS), or we will take $10.00 off your refund to cover postage costs.

 Need an exchange?

The quickest & easiest method of making sure you receive your exchange as soon as possible is to place a new order with us online and simply return your original order back to us for a refund.


If original purchase was processed via Afterpay your refund will be issued back through Afterpay. If you return your items before your first Afterpay payment is due these amounts will be removed from your payment plan and you will not have to pay for them.

When will my exchange/refund be processed?

Please allow 2-3 days for your refund to be processed, shipping times for your return will vary depending on your return method and your location. 

 You will be notified when your refund has been processed. If you haven't heard from us, please contact us on +61 7 5596 2856 or email us at and we'll have a look for you.

Your satisfaction is our priority, so please take the time to familiarise yourself with the following conditions;
Although you may try on an item, all return products must be in new and unused condition, with swing tickets attached.
Please ensure that items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returned items where we reasonably consider that this has not been done.
For international orders, we would appreciate returns within 30 days (returns will not be accepted after 60 days from arrival).
The customer is responsible for any postage fees for returns
Faulty Garments?
Nova Swimwear has the right to assess the age and condition of returned swimsuits that has been worn prior to offering a refund or exchange. Unless the swimwear is deemed a genuine manufacturers fault, exchanges and refunds will not be provided after use. If your garment has not been worn, please contact us & we would be happy to arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. If you have ordered an item and believe it to be faulty, please fill out the claims form located below and return to;

Can I trust you?

You can trust us; we have been trading as Nova Swimwear since 1986. We have a complete manufacturing factory with a retail shop attached on the Gold Coast, Australia. 

What Size am I?

Our swimsuits are made for a firm fit, please refer to our sizing chart.

Fitting does come down to a personal choice whether you prefer a firm fitting swimsuit or softer fit for more comfort.

What are Nova Sizes?

For Females we range from Girls 6 to Girls 14 and Ladies 8 to Ladies 24. Please check each swimsuit, as the sizes available will vary.

For Male, we range from Boys 6 to Boys 14 and Mens 14 to Mens 24. Please check each swimsuit, as the sizes available will vary.

Can I exchange garments

We do not do exchanges. Please purchase the item you want and return the other item for a refund. Provided that the garment is still in NEW condition and all swing tags are still attached you will be refunded.

Refund requests must be received at Nova Swimwear within 30 days of purchase.

How fast can I receive my swimsuit?

If purchased before 2:00pm ESDT in Australia, your order will be sent the same day. Otherwise they will be sent the next business day. On the off chance that we do not have your swimsuit in stock, one of our friendly staff will contact you.

How do you send me the swimwear?

All orders are set via Express Priority, you should receive your purchase in 1-5 business days.

Are the Aquaspeed Elite chlorine resistant?

No they are not. They are racing garments only, made from a Nylon/Elastane blend. Aquaspeed Elite is a fabricated material that has a longer life than previous skins. Please observe washing instructions to get the longest life from the garment.

Retail Orders

Please add your garments to the shopping cart and proceed through the checkout.

Once we receive payment your order will be sent via Express Post.

Upon delivery you will be required to sign for your order. Please make yourself or another person available to sign for your parcel. If you are not available at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to your local post office.

A collection card should be left to inform you that your parcel will be available for pick-up at your local post office.

Yes you can return your garment, provided that the garment is still in NEW condition and all swing tags are still attached. All garments must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
