It’s an ongoing debate in the exercise industry: Is it better to work out in the mornings or evenings?
There are a lot of different opinions on the best time to work out each day. Some suggest mornings are the best for fat burning….others point to lunch time as the best…others are afternoon or after dinner exercisers.
Some studies suggest people who get up and at 'em in the morning have lower blood pressure during the day and get better sleep. However, other studies have found you are at your peak physically between 2pm - 6pm. Further, exercising at the end of the day can help you distress and relax.
The general consensus is that any exercise is good exercise, regardless of the time of day. Choose the time that best fits in with your lifestyle and you can’t go wrong.
